Cleaning the Print Head
It is possible that because of a build-up of printing detritus instances of faint
printing may occur. If this does happen, before taking more serious action, it is
advisable to clean the print head. The detritus will show as a black line as shown
below:

To gain access to the print head follow steps 1 to 3 as described in
Paragraph 6.1.6.
2.
Gently clean the print head using a lint-free cotton bud dampened with
isopropanol alcohol.

When the print head is clean, re-lock the print head and refit by reversing
steps 1-3 of Paragraph 6.1.6.

Replacing the Paper Location Peg
The spring loaded paper location peg rests against the paper roll so with friction
over a period of time it could experience wear and may need replacing. The
frequency depends upon the amount of usage (i.e. -the no. of tickets) the machine
prints on a daily basis. For removal instructions refer to Paragraph 7.4.5.
