Chapter 7 Viewfinder — Viewfinder status display
Item Description of settings
[VERSION] Displays the firmware version of the viewfinder.
False color mode
Check the exposure using the false color.
Image will be displayed with colors sored by luminosity signals. Images of other levels are displayed in black and white.
The false color can be displayed in the viewfinder and the output image from the <VF SDI> terminal.

(Red)
(White clip − 3%) or more* White-level clip
(Yellow)
(White clip − 6%) to (White clip − 3%)* Lower area of the white-level clip
(Pink)
48.7% - 51.8% One-stopover color from neutral gray
(Green)
40.5% - 43.6% 18% gray neutral color
(Blue)
10.3% - 13.2% Upper area of the black-level clip
(Purple)
7.3% - 10.3% Black-level clip
* The white clip level will differ depending on the [ON]/[OFF] of [EI] and [HIGH SPEED].

* The white clip level will differ depending on the [ON]/[OFF] of [EI] and [HIGH SPEED]. The white clip level for [3D LUT] will be the same level as for [V-709].
