Note
A hardware flow control cannot be done by the communication port
of KX-TD500. Therefore, the hardware flow control of your
modem must be disabled to communicate correctly. It depends on
the type of the modem you use. In most cases, hardware flow
control can be disabled by sending the "&K0" command from the
PBX to the external modem. (Please refer to the manual of the
external modem you use for further information.) It is
recommended to add this command to "Automatic Initialisation
Command," the command to initialise the modem automatically
every time an external modem is plugged into the RS-232C Port 1.
