If the printer does not work properly

Reinstall the printer driver as follows:
1. Display the Printers folder.
• Windows 95 / Windows 98 /
Windows Me / Windows NT 4.0 /
Windows 2000:
Click
[Start]
, select
Settings
and
click
Printers
.
• Windows XP Professional:
Click
[Start]
, and then click
Printers and Faxes
.
• Windows XP Home:
Click
[Start]
, click
Control Panel
,
click
Printers and Other
Hardware
icon, then click
Printers and Faxes
icon.
2. Click the printer icon to delete it.
3. Click
File
menu and click
Delete
.
4. Insert the printer CD-ROM disk in
the computer.
5. Click
Custom Printer Setup
and
click
Install Printer Driver and
Utilities
.
6. If the
Purchase Information
window is displayed, select the shop
where you purchased the printer and
click
[Next >]
.
• If you cannot find the shop where
you purchased the printer, select
Other
and click
[Next >]
.
7. Click
[Yes]
.
8. Click the
Client PC
check button
and click
[Next >]
.
9. Click
[Browse...]
and select the
printer shared by the server
computer.
10. Follow the instructions on the
screen.
