Wiring example of voltage detection cable
This section shows the wiring examples of the voltage detection cables at the base metal side to the base metal.
4.6.3.1
Wiring examples for plural welding stages
Connect the base metal side voltage detection cable to the stage farthest from the base metal side power cable which
connects to the base metal terminal of the welding power supply, away from the base metal side cable.

Wiring example when power is supplied with a power feeding brush to the positioner
Insulate the power feeding brush from the jig base and connect the voltage detection cable (base metal side) to the jig base.
T I P S
•
Before wiring the voltage detection cable, check that conduction between the jig base and
the base metal is stable.
NOTE
•
If the voltage detection cable is tightened together with the cable terminal on the base metal
side connected to the power supply brush, welding will become unstable.
