Close the lid of the device.

Press 2” to turn the packaging machine on.

Press to select the Chef cycles.

Repeatedly press to select the programme:
Marinates in bags.

Press to set the desired sealing level.
MIN : for preservation only bags.
Thickness < 70µ.
MED
: for vacuum bags with thickness up to 95µ.
MAX
: for vacuum bags with thickness greater than
95µ up to 150µ and non-gusseted aluminium vacuum
bags.

Press to start the programme

Press the lid lightly to start the vacuum.

The cycle ends with bag sealing and the re-entry of air into the vacuum chamber.

Open the lid and remove the bag.
