map image. It generates a cross-
sectional OCT image of 80 degrees (23 mm) in length.

Browser-based review clients.
The image capture software runs on the scan head.

is browser-based review software that runs on the image server. It enables eye care
professionals to manage and display the following data and images:

Patient data

Diagnostic data

Images from computerized diagnostic instruments

Images from video documentation systems
With Optos
Advance
practitioners can easily view, annotate and share patient records and digital ocular
scans. Detailed instructions can be found in the Optos

help files.
Physicians can use Optos
Advance
to view and manage their diagnostic data, videos and images. This
includes Ophthalmic Photography, Angiography, Ophthalmic Tomography, Visual Field and other relevant
eye care modalities.

Manage and display patient data

Comparative image reviewing tools that allow images to be easily displayed and linked together for
simultaneous image viewing.

Automatic registration of image features. These registered points are used to align images that are
viewed together. You can also register image reference points manually.
