Take off collector screen of detector.

Take down the Collector and Scintillator Disc Clamping Ring.
4.
Install a new Scintillator disc into clamping ring.
Note:
The face with phosphor powder should toward to the collector, and the phosphor powder
can not be destroyed.

Install the Collector, ensure its good contact.
6.
Install the stage, and click the [Chamber] button to pump the vacuum.

Check level of oil in the mechanical pump

The user can check the amount of oil in the mechanical pump, through the window of the
pump.
❖
The level of oil should be between MIN and MAX.
❖
If the level of oil is lower than MIN, please add the oil of mechanical pump in time.
❖
Before add the oil, the mechanical pump should be switched off first.
