Auto Focus

Clicking menu item [Auto > Auto Focus] or clicking the [Auto Focus] button
on shortcut
toolbar can automatically adjust focal length of objective lens, identify focused image.
❖
During the process of automatic adjustment, press the [ESC] key can escape this function.
❖
If the electron optics column is not in alignment, the scanning position of electron beam on
specimen will change when current of objective lens is changed, which will influence the
process of the software identifying focus state.
3.8.3.
Auto Stigmation

Clicking menu [Auto > Auto Stigmation] or clicking the [Auto Stig.] button
on shortcut
toolbar can adjust stigmator automatically.
❖
It is similar to auto focus. In this procedure, the software will automatically adjust focal length
of objective lens and X and Y of stigmator, and determine the optimal stigmation current value.
❖
During the process of automatic adjustment, press the [ESC] key will escape this function.
3.8.4.
Auto Filament
❖
Clicking menu [Auto > Auto Filament] or clicking the [Auto Fila] button
on shortcut
toolbar can adjust filament automatically.

In this procedure, the software will adjust filament parameter automatically, until the filament
reaches the saturation point.
❖
During the process of automatic adjustment, press the [ESC] key will escape this function.

Fast Condenser
❖
Clicking menu [Auto > Fast Condenser] can set the value of condenser lens automatically.
❖
Clicking menu [Tools > Options > Condenser Lens 1-4] can set the value of each step.

can amplify the image in scanning area.
