focus the image. When the image is clearest, the display of WD is the real value.

at any degree from 0 to 360

Specimen tilt: Rotate the knob T in the stage, the specimen holder can be tilted from -5°to
+90°.

Specimen Grounding Alarm

❖

A warning device has been installed in the stage. When the specimen touch the bottom pole
piece, a buzzer will alarm. At this moment, do not adjust the knob X, Y, T of specimen stage.
Only rotate the knob Z clockwise to increase the WD.
