Changing Present Values of Specified Words

•
Carefully check that the system is safe before using the Ladder Monitor to perform
any of the following actions, or before using a CX-Programmer or Programming
Console to perform any of these actions from another node while the Ladder Monitor
is running.
- Changing monitoring data
- Changing the operating mode
- Force setting/resetting bits
- Changing set values or present values
If unspecified persons may start the Ladder Monitor, use a password to prevent
incorrect operation. Refer to
3-14 Using a Password
for details on the password
function.
Use the following procedure to change the present value of a word that is being
monitored.
1. In the ladder display area or from the Multiple I/O Monitor, press the address for
which the value is to be changed. The address will be selected (with the cursor
displayed there).
2. Press
