RAM Data All Save

If the RAM data all save is executed, the contents of the RAM is transferred
to the non-volatile memory. Any set value written in the RAM write mode is
lost when power is turned off. To avoid this, execute the RAM data all save.
There will be a response delay after this command is executed since the
transfer will take approximately 0.5 s.
