ON/OFF Valve Manipulator (Block Model 221) Section 6-13
6-13-1 Face Plates
The ON/OFF Valve Manipulator Block can operate and monitor an ON/OFF
valve equipped with limit switches to detect the valve's fully open/fully closed
conditions.
1: Status Display
Either AUTO or MAN status is displayed. The value of tag ITEM S1 deter-
mines which status character string is displayed.
This button is created as an ON/OFF Button using a Simple Rectangle (Type
1) to switch the ON/OFF labels.
Control Flag input is disabled.
2: Switch to AUTO Button
This button switches operation to Auto mode and is displayed in red during
Auto mode.
The button is created as a momentary ON/OFF Button using a Simple Rect-
angle (Type 2), and the display color is determined according to the following
table.
The label displays “AUTO” in the rough font.
By setting the following Touch OFF Timing macro, operation will switch to Auto
mode when touched.
