CIO Output Words The 14 Output Words (n to n+13) are divided in 5 groups: General, Counter 1,
Counter 2, Counter 3 and Counter 4.
* Initially, after power-up or restart of the Unit, the Gate is closed. To enable
counting pulses, first open the Gate by setting the “Open Gate” bit of the
corresponding counter to ‘1’.
**Bit(s) have no function for Simple Counters.
