GENERAL INFORMATIONS: READ CAREFULLY
ATTENTION
The WARRANTY on the machine and respective peripherals
is considered to be automatically
FORFEITED
AND
THE MANUFACTURER MAY ABSOLUTELY NOT BE
HELD LIABLE IN TERMS OF CIVIL OR CRIMINAL LIABILITIES
for any type of operation related to
ROUTINE AND SPECIAL MAINTENANCE,
REPLACEMENT OF SPARE PARTS,
in all cases in which the Purchaser has had such operations carried out by
its own personnel or other personnel
who are NOT expressly qualifi ed and specialised.
ALL
these rules, as regards the manufacturer’s civil and criminal liabilities, remain valid and must be
followed and caused to follow by the Purchaser for the entire time that the machine and respective pe-
ripherals remain active and in operation,
even beyond the warranty period
.
ATTENTION

for any type of accident and/or damage to objects or persons resulting from:
ROUTINE AND SPECIAL MAINTENANCE,
REPLACEMENT OF SPARE PARTS,
in all cases in which the Purchaser has had such operations carried out by
its own personnel or other personnel
who are NOT expressly qualifi ed and specialised.
The Purchaser is advised of the following
: any operations on the electrical and electronic, pneumatic
and hydraulic, mechanical and electro-mechanical apparatuses
MUST be carried out by expert and
specialised personnel
.
The
spare parts
, of any nature (mechanical-electrical-pneumatic-electronic-etc.), must only be
original
manufacturer’s spare parts
or other compatible parts that have been expressly agreed upon, author-
ised and accepted in writing.
Any type of operation on the machine and/or on the respective peripherals carried out with the aim to:
eliminate or disactivate the active and passive safety devices, alter the performance features, eliminate
original parts or add non-original parts (where not otherwise authorised in writing),
leads to the immedi-
ate and automatic elimination of any civil and criminal liabilities on the part of the manufacturer
.
For any dispute, the competent authority shall be the Court of Modena.
SAFETY
• For safety purposes it is necessary to observe the accident-prevention standards in force in the country
where the machine is operated.
• The user is responsible for training the personnel who are to use this machine.
•
Before
connecting to any electrical or pneumatic energy source and before starting the machine,
the
operator must read carefully the rules described in this manual.
All chapters in this manual which describe operating or maintenance procedures involving even the
slightest risk contain graphic symbols to draw the operator’s attention to the risk.
The meanings of the graphic symbols are explained clearly in the section “
Key to graphic symbols
”.
