Regular cleaning of the combustion chamber, in particular the
burner trough, of the exhaust gas flues and the ash pan, is essential
for fault-free operation of the pellet fireplace.

Scrape residues out of the burner trough

●
Open the inspection door.
●
Remove the burner tray and scrape out any residues.
●
Check connector for possible rust and ash deposits
and clean it

Clean the combustion chamber
As required
●
Remove the burner trough for cleaning of the combustion chamber.
●
Visual inspection (the ash pan should be max. 3/4
filled)
Daily
●
To clean the ash box, open the inspection door.
●
Pull out the ash box to the front and empty the cooled ash. (See also the
warning notice above)
●
Cleaning the flue gas draughts
Once a week
●
Remove the oven cover inserts (step 1+2).
●
Loosen the screw connections from the cast cover (step 3).
●
Remove the cast cover (step 4). Loosen the screw connections of the
two cleaning flaps (step 5).
●
Remove the cleaning flaps on the right and at the bottom (step 6).
●
Clean the flues with a cleaning brush (step 7) and suck them out
through the cleaning openings (step 8). See also fig. 4.2
●
Clean the glass panes
Min. 1 x per year
●
Wet a slightly damp cloth with cooled ash and remove dirt, wipe with a
clean cloth (repeat the process if necessary).

Clean coated surfaces
As required
ū We recommend cleaning the coated surfaces with a slightly damp mi-
crofibre cloth while they are cold because they are very sensitive.

Clean the pellet reservoir, remove wood dust/pellet
dust, otherwise these may block the screw conveyor!
