3.10 Error messages and warnings on the display
Error messages
The ongoing combustion process is halted while there is a fault.
If an error message occurs while in standby, then the combustion
process is not permitted to start. An error message is indicated by
the display flashing.
The display notification can only be left with (ESC) once the cause
of the fault has been remedied. Call a service technician where
applicable.

ū Pellet reservoir may be empty.
ū Burner trough soiled.

Fill the pellet reservoir. Clean the burner trough.
Door open
ū Combustion chamber door was open for too long.
ū Chimney blocked.
ū Glass pane damaged.
ū Ash pan not correctly inserted.
ū Airways blocked in the pellet fireplace.

Close the combustion chamber door!
●
Check the chimney. Inspect the glass panes!
●
Push the ash pan in and lock it!
Induced draft faulty
ū Induced draft fan not connected.
ū Speed monitoring faulty/not connected.
●
Call a service technician.
Flame sensor faulty
ū Flame temperature sensor faulty.
ū Flame temperature sensor not connected.
●
Call a service technician!
Room sensor faulty
ū Room temperature sensor faulty
ū Room temperature sensor not connected.

Call a service technician!
Safety chain interrupted
ū The safety temperature limiter has triggered.
●
Call a service technician!
Flame temperature too low
ū Flame temperature has dropped unexpectedly.
●
Fill the pellet reservoir!
Operating temp. too high
ū Flame temperature too high for a long period of
time.
ū Screw motor control unit may be faulty.

Call a service technician!
Vacuum sensor faulty
ū Vacuum sensor faulty.
ū Vacuum sensor not connected.

Call a service technician!
Check the burner trough
ū Burner trough blocked / overfilled.
ū Burner trough not / incorrectly inserted.
ū Service may be due (if the notification appears
frequently)

Clean the burner trough!

Insert the burner trough!
Check the airways
ū Minimum vacuum could not be achieved despite in-
creasing the speed of the induced draft fan.
ū Service may be due (if the notification appears
frequently).

Check the combustion air line!
COM fault
ū Communication between the control panel and the
controller board interrupted.
