Note: Dial Prefix can also be accessed from the main menu by entering
its speed access number 52.
5. Enter the digit(s) normally dialled to obtain an outside line from the
PBX and press ENTER.
6. Press MENU/EXIT to return to standby mode.
Note 1: Keep in mind that all of the outside telephone numbers
programmed into the machine must begin with the dial prefix of
the PBX.
Note 2: To cancel these parameters at a later date, follow the above
instructions but set the PBX LINE parameter to OFF.
MFP PC interface kit
If the machine is equipped with a multifunction peripheral (MFP) PC
Interface Kit, please see Appendix B for information regarding this func-
tion. For more detailed information, refer to the documentation received
with the PC interface product.
Network print kit
If the machine is equipped with an Ethernet Adapter, please see Appendix
C for information regarding Network Print Service functions and specifi-
cations. For more detailed information, refer to the documentation
received with the NIC adapter.
Internet fax and network printer/scanner
This optional function enables the transmission and reception of faxes and
e-mail through the Internet. This option also allows the fax machine to act
as a network printer and scanner. Please refer to Appendix C for informa-
tion on this feature and its specifications.
Note : Scanning operations can only be done over a local network with
scanning results being sent to e-mail addresses.
