Reports

The formats of the following reports have been altered for use with
Fax2Net from the original reports of the fax machine to provide informa-
tion related to the functions and operations of the Fax2Net service.

Configuration report

The following items have been added to the configuration report.

•

Telephone number of the Fax2Net server.

•

Account number.

•

International telephone prefix.

Telephone directory

Registered e-mail addresses and web page URLs are listed in the One-
Touch keys section. Upper and lowercase characters are supported in the
telephone directory to allow for e-mail addresses that use a combination
of upper and lower case characters.

Activity report

E-mail addresses (up to 20 characters) and web page retrievals or print
requests are listed in the DISTANT STATION ID column.

The following communications modes are added when Fax2Net is used:

International faxing

FNET

Fax to e-mail

FNET

Web page retrieval

WEB

Prepaid card registration
