* During transfer, do not release ("1") scen. If it is released, the transfer data becomes invalid.
* The interrupt (sintn) changes only when scen is set to "1".
* When write operation is performed after the occurrence of an interrupt, withdraw the interrupt once and apply the
interrupt later.
