Printer function error
[4011] Print job cancellation
This message appears when deleting the job on the screen.
[4021] Print job power failure
When there are running jobs, perform the job in error again after the completion of the
running jobs.
If the error still occurs, turn the power OFF and then back ON, and perform the job again.
[4031] HDD full error
Delete unnecessary private print jobs and invalid department print jobs.
[4041] User authentication error
Perform the authentication or register as a user, and then perform the printing again.
[4042] Department authentication error
Check department information registered in this equipment.
[4045] Problem in LDaP server connection or LDaP server authorization settings
Confirm the administrator for the LDAP server connection or LDAP server authorization
settings.
[4111] Quota over error (The number of the assigned pages set by department and user
management has reached 0.)
The number of the assigned pages set by the department and the number of those assigned
by user management have both reached 0. Assign the number of the pages again or perform
initialization.

Select “Normal Print”, and then perform the printing again.
