INITIAL ANALYSIS
Inspect the following components.
• Sensor Photo:Exit in the Fuser Assy
• PWBA HKB26 MCU (PL10.1.13)
• PWBA HKB PS (PL10.1.17)
Are they compatible with your printer version, correctly
installed, not damaged, deformed, or contaminated?
Go to step 2 Replace the

SENSOR PHOTO:EXIT ANALYSIS
Disconnect P/J 27 from the PWBA HKB26 MCU .
Is there +3.3VDC between P27-3 and P27-4?
Go to step 3 Go to 6.1

SENSOR PHOTO:EXIT SIGNAL ANALYSIS
Check the voltage between P/J27-3 and P/J27-2 when you
push up and release the Actuator Exit with inserting and
removing a sheet of paper at the Fuser Assy.
Is there 0VDC when pushing up the Actuator Exit and
+5VDC when releasing it?
Replace the
PWBA HKB26
MCU
(RRP10.1.7)
Replace the
Fuser Assy
(RRP6.1.3)
