The mains power connection has
an incorrect phase sequence.
Contact an electrician.
The compressor does not start,
and the display reads “Incorrect
phase sequence”.
The mains power connection has
an incorrect phase sequence.

The low pressure switch has
tripped.
Test the brine circuit pump by
running it manually from the
Maintenance menu. Reset the
alarm on the display.
The compressor does not start,
and the display reads "Low
pressure switch gone off" or "High
pressure switch gone off".
The high pressure switch has
tripped.
Test the condenser pump by
running it manually from the
Maintenance menu. Reset the
alarm on the display.
The compressor does not
start, and the display reads
"Compressor 1 circuit 1 some
motor protection gone off. Check
motor protection F1, F2 or F3.”
A motor protection circuit breaker
has tripped.
Check the motor protection circuit
breaker’s adjustment, turn the
breaker to the Start position, and
reset the alarm on the display.
The heat pump is not receiving
power.
Check that the control current and
the main switch are on.
Blown or tripped fuse.
Check the building’s or
apartment’s main fuse and the
heat pump’s supply fuse.

Broken screen, or a disconnected
or broken screen cable.
Contact a repair service.
In new buildings, a sudden drop
in outdoor temperature may
cause the heating capacity to be
insufficient for a short while. This
is due to the fact that the moisture
in a building's structures absorbs a
lot of heat when it evaporates.
The system does not produce
enough heat.
During the first year, the heat
pump may not be able to
extract heat from the ground
at full capacity, since the soil
surrounding the brine circuit hasn't
yet compacted enough.
No action required.
An active corrective function that
adjusts the original setpoint (such
as the at home/away function) is
active.
If required, disable the function.
A voltage spike caused by
lightning has damaged the heat
pump's controller, causing the
temperature values to drop from
actual values.*
Replace the controller.
In the
Measurements
screen, the
setpoint and the measured value
do not match.
The brine circuit pump is
in manual operation, and,
consequently, the controller
cannot adjust its speed.
Return the pump’s control mode to
automatic.
