Output Application
Under this menu the operator has access to
the wide range of document finishing
features of the device.
There are three sub-menus. A basic staple
menu where operators can quickly add a
staple to a job. The same quick access icon
for hole punching. However, for the more
advanced finishing needs
such as folding, booklet
production etc the operator
has to go into the Output
Application sub menu. (See
image at bottom of page).
From here, users are able
to choose from the multiple
folding options, booklet
production, customize
stapling or hole punch
requirements and more.
Operators can choose the
binding direction, output
face up or down orientation
and output order for the job.
