Changing the Status
Changing the Status
Introduction
You can change the status of the user account, to enable or disable the access to the
machine when the access is secured.
If the status is closed (-), the user account is invalid.
If the status is open (+), the user account is valid.
Before you begin
Enter the Key operator system ( see ‘Enter or quit the key operator system’ on
page 32 ).

1.
Press the 'Accounting' key.
2.
Select the 'Account' tab.
3.
Use the scroll wheel to select the record of the user account.
4.
Press the 'Change status' key to change the status.
