3. Pour the marinade with fish/meat into the vacuum container and take care
not to exceed the maximum level. Put the lid on the vacuum container.
4. Open the lid of the appliance. Change one of the sockets of the tube
(female) against the male socket, which is delivered with the vacuum
sealer. Next, press one of the sockets to the tube coupling (3) of the
appliance and the other one in the hole of the lid of the vacuum container.
5. Make sure that the lock of the lid is in position “OPEN”.
6. Press the lid with your hand at the start of the sealing process to
avoid air leakage between the vacuum container and the lid.
7. Press the VACUUM SEAL button and the vacuum sealing process starts
directly.
8. The appliance switches off automatically after about 1 minute and the
SEAL button goes off.
9. Let the pickled meat/fish rest for 30 seconds under vacuum pressure.
10. Now remove the tube and its coupling from the lid of the container.
Repeat points 7 to 10 four times to get the best result.
11. After the 4th repetition, turn the lock of the lid to ”SEAL” and leave the
meat/fish to marinate under vacuum pressure for about 20 minutes. This
makes the penetration of the marinade into the meat easier.

container is somewhat compressed during the vacuum process, which may
cause a cracking sound. This is quite normal and has no influence on the
result.
6. Press the SEAL button and the vacuum sealing process
starts directly.
7. When the container is under pressure this is shown by the button
“Pressure indicator” being pressed.
8. The appliance switches off automatically after about 1 minute and the

9. Let the pickled meat/fish rest for 30 seconds in the container under
vacuum pressure.
10. Press the “Vacuum release” button on the lid of the container and repeat
