Small and easy dishes and good tips
Bacon
Sliced bacon can be cooked in the microwave oven with great results.
6 slices of bacon are placed on a piece of paper towel on a plate. Also cover the bacon with
a piece of paper towel. The bacon is cooked at full effect for approximately 5 min.
Scrambled eggs
Whip 2 eggs and 2 tbsp of cream together with a fork, season with salt and pepper. Add 5 g
butter and put the bowl in the oven for 1 min. at full effect. Take the bowl out and leave the
scrambled eggs to rest for 2 min.
Ice cream
Ice cream can be softened in the microwave oven at low effect for a very short time (ap-
proximately ½-1 min.). Remember to keep an eye on the ice cream in order to prevent it from
melting.
