The program is displayed.

In the Normal style, you can select a program
using the One-touch channel selection.
● In the Normal style, you can set genres, etc.
of the recommended programs by pressing
(Recomm.) in the 12ch. viewer display and
selecting [Set recommend]. Also you can display
the list of all recommended programs for the
displayed channel by pressing
(Recomm.)
and selecting [Recommend list], or pressing
. Press (ProgInfo) to display the program
information of the selected channel.
● While displaying the 12ch. viewer display, if
you switch the style of the FOMA terminal, the
channel previously watched is displayed.
● It may take time to display thumbnail images
depending on radio wave condition.
Informing a Program Matched to the
Genre Set Beforehand
<Recommend prog.>
You can set up to three genres you want to
watch beforehand and a program matched to
the set genres within the program information
obtained while watching 1Seg is informed.
Programs matched to the genre can be
checked at the Recommend list, by the icon
display at the 12ch. viewer display, and
watching display.

You can set keywords only in the Normal style.

Press (Func) while watching 1Seg.
The Function menu appears.

To check a recommended program
Select [Recommend prog.]
→
[Recommend list].
Move the cursor to a recommended program
and press
(Detail) to display the detailed
information of the program.

Yo u c a n n o t d i s p l a y t h e l i s t o f t h e
recommended programs until a program
information is obtained completely.
To save a timer for watching/recording a program
from the recommended program
Select [Recommend prog.] → [Recommend list],
move the cursor to a recommended program,
and press
(Reserv.).

You cannot save a timer when the program
detailed information does not include both
starting time and ending time (including it is
not yet determined).

Select [Yes]/[No] at [Recommend prog.]
and press
.

Select a genre field and press .
The Genre setting display appears.

Select the Major part → Detail and press
.
The Recommend prog. is set.
To specify the Major part only
Select the Major part and select [Select all] at the
Detail genre setting display.
● The recommended programs are deleted when
selecting a channel to watch, updating the
setting of genres or channels, or terminating
1Seg.
Setting While Watching 1Seg
Watching 1Seg with Subtitles
You can display subtitles while watching a
program.
 You can set it either in the Normal style or in the
Media style.
Example: For the Media style

Press (Func) while watching 1Seg.
The Function menu appears.
For the Normal style
From the Function menu, select [Display/Voice]
→ [Caption disp set] → a type of subtitles.
