Mail
Example: Deleting received mail

From the Mail menu, select [Inbox] and
press
.
To delete all received mail
From the Function menu, select [Delete] →
[Delete all], enter the Security code, and select
[Yes].
To delete all read mail
From the Function menu, select [Delete] →
[Delete read msg], enter the Security code, and
select [Yes].

Select a folder and press .
The received mail list appears.
To delete all read mail in the folder
From the Function menu, select [Delete] →
[Delete read msg], enter the Security code, and
select [Yes].
To delete all mail in the folder
From the Function menu, select [Delete] →
[Delete all], enter the Security code, and select
[Yes].
To delete several mails
F ro m t h e F u n c t i o n m e n u , s e l e c t [ D e l e t e ]
→ [Select&delete], select mails, press
(Complete), and select [Yes].

Select mail and press (Func).
The Function menu appears.

Select [Delete] → [Delete one] → [Yes]
and press .
The selected mail is deleted.
 You can also delete one mail by moving the
cursor to mail in the received/sent mail list and
press
, or press in the contents display.
Searching Mail Using Mail
Search
You can search either received mail or sent
mail.
Example: Searching the received mail

From the Mail menu, select [Inbox] and

To search within a folder
Press (Func) in the mail list.

For received mail, mail fitted the selected sender
from the Recv rank is displayed. For sent mail,
mail fitted the selected receiver from the Send
rank is displayed.
[Phonebook]:
Mail fitted the mail address selected from the
Phonebook is displayed.
[Input address]:
Mail fitted the entered mail address is displayed.
[Input subject]:
Mail fitted the entered subject is displayed.
[Protected mail]:
Protected mail is displayed.
[Unread mail]:
Unread mail is displayed.
[Non-reply mail]:
Non-reply mail is displayed.
[Attached file]:
Mail with attached file is displayed.
[Orange heart] to [Navy note]:
Mail contained a selected mark of each color is
displayed.

Select a search method.
The mail which is fitted the search condition is
displayed.
Displaying i- α ppli Mail as
Regular Mail
i- α ppli mail can be displayed as regular mail.
If after the i-
α
ppli with mail software is deleted,
mail saved in the folder of the i- α ppli with mail
can be displayed in the same way as regular
mail.
