3.7.5. WebGuard

After selecting

WebGuard

tab, the following setup screen appears:

Highlight

Use WebGuard Service

and press the

button to toggle between On and Off.

WebGuard allows for configuring the DVR to be remotely accessible via IE 6.0 (or newer) browser.
The access to the DVR is achieved through ports ranging from 12001 to 14000. 12088 is the default
port for the IE remote access.

Highlight the box beside

Port

and press the

button. Set the port number used when accessing

WebGuard by using the Up and Down arrow buttons to increase or decrease the numbers.
