RECORDER’S MENU
HOLIDAY
tab allows for defining special days, e.g. holidays, when the DVR will be working in a
specially defined mode, other than the default one. Days described as holidays may be used in creating
record schedule.
NOTE:
Movable feasts should be updated each year.
To add a new holiday, please icon. Current date (as set in the DVR) should appear on the
list. Please select desired month and day using navigation buttons. By pressing
previously
entered date may be deleted.
TIME SYNC.
tab allows for defining external time servers (via entering their IP addresses),
which will update the time and date of the DVR in desired intervals (from 30 minutes up to 1
day).
LAST SYNC-TIME
field informs about the latest update.
When a particular monitoring system utilises more than one DVR, one of the devices may be set up as
a time server for the rest. In order to do so, please check the
RUN AS SERVER
, box, set the rest of the
DVRs to the
AUTOMATIC SYNC.
and enter the IP address of DVR-server in the
TIME SERVER
field.
