17. On the workpiece, select the largest square that is completely marked. As a
general rule this is square II. The squares are numbered by marking lines
beginning at the most inner square outwards like this:

, type the number of this square in
Measure Square

Pay attention to the work piece’s orientation and measure the distances
requested on screen in
Step 6.
Type them in the respective fields.

Correction algorithm
select Parabola average .
21. Click Start calculation .
22. Click Next .

Step 7
, check the correction of the scan field by a testmark if necessary.
The procedure is the same as before.
24. Click Next .
25. In the
Final Step
, click Save to controller .
26. Optionally click Save to file .
The correction is saved now.
