If your scan head has a manual attenuator then:
i. Untighten the M2 hexagon socket set screw (AF 1.5 mm), marked
by a yellow arrow in the following figure.
ii. Turn the attenuator, marked by a red arrow in the following
figure until the optical power at the beam exit is maximized.
c. If you increased the optical power to get a significant measurement then
decrease the optical power to the previous value.
d. If your scan head has a manual attenuator then tighten the M2 set screw
again.
6. Switch off the laser beam:
