Troubleshooting
Before contacting your dealer for aid, please review the following information. It may save you
both time and expense. This list includes common problems that may not be covered under the
treadmill warranty. For future reference, write the model, serial number, and date of purchase for
your unit in the space provided. The serial number is printed on a label located on the front panel,
near the power cord.

The treadmill does
not work
The electrical outlet fuse or circuit
breaker has shut off.
For USA, Canada, Japan, and Taiwan:
Repair fuse or circuit breaker. Plug the
treadmill into a dedicated 100-120V, 15-20
ampere grounded outlet to ensure the
treadmill receives the appropriate amount
of current to function correctly. The
outlet must not supply electricity to any
other device.
For countries power supply 220-230V:
Repair fuse or circuit breaker. Plug the
treadmill into a dedicated 220-240V, 10-15
ampere grounded outlet to ensure the
treadmill receives the appropriate amount
of current to function correctly. The
outlet must not supply electricity to any
other device.
Treadmill
automatically pauses
during workout.
The circuit breaker may have been
tripped.
1) Use the power switch to turn the
treadmill Off (in "O" position) and wait for
few minutes. Make sure the unit is
located away from heating ducts.
2) Make sure the safety stop key is
attached on the console. Push the red
reset button next to the power switch, and
then turn the treadmill On (in "I" position).
