ATTENTION
H1 FATBURN HR:
The program works at 65% of your maximum heart rate based on your age
using a simple formula. (220 – your age) x 65% to determine your Target Heart Rate (THR). Refer
to Target Heart Rate Zone/THR weight loss (page 20). It is recommended that a Heart Rate
Transmitter (HRT) chest strap transmitter (included) be worn during this program.
H2 CARDIO HR:
This program works at 80% of your maximum heart rate based on your age, using
a simple formula of (220 – your age) x 80% to determine your Target Heart Rate (THR). Refer to
Target Heart Rate Zone/THR cardiovascular (page 20). It is recommended that a HRT chest strap
transmitter (included) be worn during this program.
Note:
A heart rate receiver is an integral part of the display so you can monitor your heart rate
while exercising. You must use the touch-sensitive heart rate grips. It would take you few seconds
for display console to detect. When a signal is detected, a number appears in the PULSE display
and indicates your heart rate.
Touch-sensitive heart rate grips
IMPORTANT:
When use touch-sensitive heart rate grips, place the palm of your hands directly on
the metal heart rate sensors on the handlebar of the equipment. Do not hold the grips tight or
slide your hands. Ensure your hands are clean, no stains or lotions. Also, always face forward on
the treadmill and use the handlebar for balance. Keep your upper body movement to a minimum.
