Selecting an USER Programs:
Customize two your-own programs at USER programs (U1 or U2). Once you create your-own
workout program and enter your personal information, press START to begin workout. To start
creating your own exercise session, follow below steps.
Create your-own program:
1.
While the display banner scrolls, press PROGRAM key to select program. Continually press the
PROGRAM key to view the list of programs and select the USER Programs (U1 or U2). The
Message Window shall scroll “PRESS ENTER TO MODIFY OR START TO BEGIN WORKOUT”. Then
press
ENTER
.

Enter TIME by using any arrow keys (+/-) to adjust your preference workout time between 0 and
10 –99 minutes.
Note:
If you select zero (0) as the program time limit, it designates an unlimited workout time.
Stronger recommend you to incorporate a cool-down period at the end of your workout.

Enter WEIGHT by using any arrow keys (+/-) to adjust your bodyweight between 40 and 350lbs
(30 –160kg).

Enter INCLINE by using arrow keys (+/-) of INCLINE to adjust your preferable incline profile for
each segment. When finish the first segment of the program profile, press ENTER and repeat for
the remaining 19 segments. Incline increment: 0.5% Or to use the quick INCLINE keys in
increments of 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, and 10% for single touch control.

PROGRAM SAVE automatic once your finish all 20 segments of INCLINE.

Press START to enter the program. Hold onto a handrail and straddle the running belt, and step
onto the running belt. A visual and audible 3 second count down will initiate before the belt
starts.
Note: To exit the process of adding or editing, press the START key any time to save the setting
and begin workout, or press and hold the STOP key for 2 seconds to return to Display banner.
Starting workout with USER key:
1.

Your-own workout program will begin with the time, incline, and speed you’ve entered.
