Pausing during a Warm Up/Workout/Cool Down period
Press the red STOP key to pause anytime during a warm up, workout, or the cool down period. The
pause mold has a 5 minutes time limit. The display posts the time and counts down the minutes
that remain. If you do not resume exercising within the time limit, the display returns to the
banner.
To PAUSE, press STOP key. It will slowly decelerate the tread-belt to a stop and the incline
will go to zero percent.
To RESUME, press START to resume. The speed and incline will return to the previous
setting before stop.
Note: For your SAFETY, if the previous speed setting is higher than 1.0MPH (1.0KPH),
please lower the speed to or below 1MPH (1.0KPH) before you step onto the treadmill.
Terminate or Finish your workout
Press STOP key to pause and then press ENTER key to finish/terminate workout. Or, in Cool Down
period, press ENTER key to bypass it. A statistical summary will scroll across the Message Window
(on the bottom of the display) showing Total Distance, Average Pace, and Total Elevation Gain in feet
when the workout is finished/terminated.
Important: To reduce the risk of electric shock, always unplug your treadmill from the electrical
outlet immediately after using and before cleaning and/or service work.
General Maintenance
It is important to perform the minor maintenances, and for you to check and listen for
slipping belts, loose fasteners, unusual noises, worn or frayed power cords, and any other
indications that the treadmill may be in need of service. If you notice worn, frayed or
missing safety lanyards, don’t exercise on the unit and contact your dealer to replace missing
or worn safety lanyards immediately.
CAUTION
To reduce the risk of burns, fire of burns, fire, electric shock, or injury to persons,
always unplug the unit from its power source before cleaning it or performing any
maintenance. Special care must be taken when adjusting running belt. Remove
any loose clothing and tie back your hair. Be very careful to keep your fingers and
any other object clear of the belt and rollers, especially in front of the roller and
behind the deck. The treadmill will not stop immediately if an object becomes
caught in the belt or rollers.
