Assembly Guide and Owner’s Manual
Beginning your Heart Rate program:
1.
While the display banner scrolls, press PROGRAM key to select program. Continually press the
PROGRAM key to view the list of programs and select the Heart Rate Programs (H1 or H2). Then
press ENTER.

Enter WEIGHT by using any arrow keys (+/-) to adjust your bodyweight between 40 and 350lbs
(30 –160kg).
3.
Enter AGE by using any arrow keys (+/-) to adjust your bodyweight between 10 and 99 years old.
4.
Enter Target Heart Rate (THR) by using any arrow keys (+/-) to adjust your THR between 60 and
200.
Note:
The default age of
30
years old is used for heart rate calculations (HR1= (220-30) x65%;
HR2= (220-30) x80%). When you are going to workout with the Heart Rate programs, make
necessary adjustment to enter your accurate age to start workout.
5.
Enter TIME by using any arrow keys (+/-) to adjust your preference workout time between 0 and
10 –99 minutes.
Note:
If you select zero (0) as the program time limit, it designates an unlimited workout time.
Stronger recommend you to incorporate a cool-down period at the end of your workout.

Press START to enter the program. Hold onto a handrail and straddle the running belt, and step
onto the running belt. A visual and audible 3 second count down will initiate before the belt
starts.
7.
The program will begin with a default time of 1 minute per segment for a total of a 20 minute
program.
8.
Use the arrow keys (+/-) of SPEED to increase or decrease the speed of running belt between
0.5MPH to 12MPH (or 0.5KPH to 20KPH) by 0.1MPH (or 0.1KPH) increment. Or to use the quick
SEPPD keys in increments of 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 for single touch control.
Use the arrow keys (+/-) of INCLINE to increase or decrease the incline between 0% to 15% by
0.5% increment. Or to use the quick INCLINE keys in increments of 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, and 10% for
single touch control.
9.
At the end of that segment, the pre-programmed parameters will be restored.
10.
A statistical summary will scroll across the Message Window (on the bottom of the display)
showing total Distance, Average Pace, Average Heart Rate, Calories Burned.
