Operate the Treadmill
WARNING
To reduce the risk of burns, fire of burns, fire, electric shock, or injury to persons,
read the precautions before assembling or using your new product.
Before starting any fitness program, see your physician for physical examination
and seek advice about your appropriate target heart rate. If you feel pain,
faintness, or dizziness, stop exercising immediately and consult your physician.
Always turn the treadmill OFF and unplug the treadmill when it is not in use. Do
not leave children or those unfamiliar with its operation unsupervised around the
equipment.
Getting Started
Read the owner's manual before operating this equipment. Improper use of this equipment can
result in serious injury.
Check the unit to make sure there is no objects placed on the belt that will hinder the
movement of the treadmill.
Recommended user weight should not exceed
350
lbs.
Properly warm up and stretch before exercising.
Power the treadmill on by plugging the power cord into an appropriate wall outlet, then turning
the treadmill on, use the power switch located at the front of the unit.
Do not lean on or pull on the console at any time.
Standing on the side rails of the treadmill, and attached the Red Stop Key clips to part of your
clothing making sure that it is secure and will not become detached during operation. Then
insert the Safety Stop Key into the Key Dock in the console.
Wear proper exercise clothing and shoes to avoid loose or dangling clothing. High heels, dress
shoes, sandals or bare feet are not suitable to be used on your treadmill. Quality athletic
shoes are recommended to avoid leg fatigue. Also, tie long hair back.
Keep your body and head facing forward. Never attempt to turn around on the treadmill.
