Workout Options:
You have two options to start your workout on this product. When the power is turned on, all the
lights on the display will light for a short time. Then the Time, Age, and Distance windows will display
Odometer readings for a short time. The Message Window will scroll “HELLO PRESS PROGRAM KEY
TO SELECT PROGRAM OR PRESS START TO BEGIN WORKOUT” while you are selecting the program.

Start workout immediately.
Press START to being.
(b)
View preset workout program and select.
Press PROGRAM to select a program.
Quick start exercising
1.
While the display banner scrolls, press START key to enter the Manual Program and being
workout immediately. There is no time limit and body weight and age are set to default values.
Each column in the program’s profile represents one minute.

Hold onto a handrail and straddle the running belt. A visual and audible 3 second count down
will initiate before the belt starts.
Note:
The initial speed is preset at 1.0MPH (or 1.0KPH). Please step onto the running belt
with the preset speed or below 1MPH (1.0KPH).

Use the arrow keys (+/-) of SPEED to increase or decrease the speed of running belt between
0.5MPH to 12MPH (0.5KPH ~ 20KPH) by 0.1MPH (or 0.1KPH) increment. Or use the quick
SEPPD keys in increments of 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 for single touch control.
Use the arrow keys (+/-) of INCLINE to increase or decrease the incline between 0% to 15% by
0.5% increment. Or use the quick INCLINE keys in increments of 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, and 10% for
single touch control.

The MANUAL program has no time limit, to end the program, you must manually press the red
STOP key TWICE. A statistical summary will scroll across the Message Window (on the bottom
of the display) showing total Distance, Average Pace, Average Heart Rate, and Calories Burned.
Selecting a Program
1.
While the display banner scrolls, press PROGRAM key to select program. Continually press the
PROGRAM key to view the list of programs. Program shall be displayed in the following
sequence. Choose the program you want and then press ENTER.
