1 Gray Off Heaters Off

The Master Heater Control was
either manually switched Off, or
automatically switched Off as a
result of a Fault condition.

The controller is in the process of
upgrading or restoring to a previous
version.
Light Blue On Ready Delay
Although both the Cartridge and
Nozzle zones are at set point
temperatures, the user has enabled
the Ready Delay feature. The system
delays the Ready/OK controller status
for a user-defined time interval,
allowing for enough adhesive to melt
for production.
Yellow On Alert
Either the system and/or a zone has
caused an Alert condition. The
controller continues to work, but not
properly.
Red Off Fault
Either the system and/or a zone has
caused a Fault condition. The system
automatically switches Off the Master
Heater controls.
Dark Blue On Standby
The controller was placed into Standby
mode using either Manual, Auto, or
Scheduled method.
