Lubrication and Maintenacne

Operation 27 - Check Rear Axle Housing

Remove fill plug, 1, on rear axle center housing. Oil level should 
be even with bottom of hole. Add oil as necessary.

Operation 28 - Check Circle Turn Gearbox

Position machine on a level surface. Lower moldboard to ground 
so draw bar is level. Remove oil check plug, 1. Oil level should be 
even with bottom of hole. To add oil, remove breather, 2. Add oil 
until even with bottom of check hole.

Install oil check plug and breather.

Operation 29 - Check Tandem Drive Case

Remove oil level check plug, 1, on side of tandem case. Oil level 
should be even with bottom of hole. To add oil remove fill plug, 2, 
and add fluid until level with bottom of check plug hole.

Repeat for tandem case on other side.
