Lubrication and Maintenacne

EVERY 50 HOURS OR WEEKLY

Operation 7 - Check Wheel Lug Nuts

Check to ensure wheel lug nuts, 1, are installed and tight on all
wheels. Use a torque wrench to verify the front and rear wheel lug
nuts are torqued to 440-475 N×m (325-350 lb-ft.).

NOTE:

Operations 8 through 21 refer to lubrication points.

References made to number of shots assumes the use of a standard
grease gun. Each shot or pump is the equivalent of 1.5 grams (0.05
oz).

Operation 8 - Lubricate Moldboard Lift Cylinder Balls

One fitting, 1, on lower end of each lift cylinder. Lubricate with 2-
4 shots each.

Operation 9 - Lubricate Circle Shift Cylinder Balls

One fitting, 2, on each end of circle shift cylinder. Lubricate with
2-4 shots each.

Operation 10 - Lubricate Draw Bar Pivot Pins

One fitting, 1, on each side of the horizontal pin. One fitting, 2, is
located on top of the twist pin. Lubricate with 2-4 shots each.
