3. Presentation
This Head is designed and built to be coupled to a New Pecus Harvesters, forming
a compact set to harvest and chop several types of forage plants such as corn,
sorghum, sugar cane, grass, oats and similar, regardless of line and direction, in
conventional or intercropping, producing forage for silage or daily treatment of
animals. Is is a very versatile equipment that allows the producer to transform
one harvester of a row into a multi-forage precision harvester.
The PTN-1000 G3 which can be coupled to the NEW PECUS, forming a set
capable of harvest independent of line and direction, in conventional or
intercropping. It has two drums with individual knives that simultaneously
harvest and collect plants in any direction. The harvested plants are sent to
the harvester's feeding and processing system, where they are chopped with
precision and uniformity.
This machine is designed exclusively for use in agricultural or similar operations
and should only be used for its intended purpose, according to the specifications
contained in the manual. Its use is prohibited in applications not mentioned.
Compliance and strict observance of the operational conditions, maintenance
and repairs, as specified by the manufacturer, are also essential elements of
the intended use.
Operation, maintenance, inspection and other operations on this machine
must be carried out by competent, qualified, skilled or authorized workers
for this purpose (item 12.135 of NR 12).
The manufacturer is not responsible for any arbitrary modifications made to
this machine.
The warranty will remain valid whenever the machine is used in accordance
with the instructions described in this manual.
