1.
Fit the aligners (A) on the head.
2.
Fix the 2 aligners only with the bolts (E),
without nuts.
3.
Fit the bender (C) to the aligners.
4.
Insert and tighten the 2 nuts (F), fixing the
2 aligners (A).
5.
Fix the bender (C) with the bolts (G) and
nuts (H).
To gain space and facilitate transportation,
the head is usually supplied with the bender
removed. For assembly, follow the instructions
below.
G = Hex Bolt M8 x 45 mm (02 pcs)
H = Lock Nut M8 (02 pcs)
E = Hex Bolt M8 x 45 mm (02 pcs)
F = Lock Nut M8 (02 pcs)
4. Preparation
Note that the bender (C) has several
holes that allow it to be mounted
in different positions. Adjust to the
position that best fits the forage
plant. Remember that the higher the
plan, the higher the bender must be
positioned and vice versa.
