4.6 Checking the Label Sensor

 

This section explains how to check the position of the label sensor.

Check that the printer is online.

 

When the printer is online, the ONLINE light is on.

While pressing the “ONLINE” 
button, press the “FEED” button.

 

“H”  appears  on  the  7  segment  LED  in  the 
error display area.

Place a label in the label sensor area.

 

Align the white area of the label with the sensor area.

Press the “FEED” button.

 

After pressing the button, wait until the buzzer sounds.

Press the “ONLINE” button.

 

“0” appears on the 7 segment LED in the error display area.

Press the “FEED” button to advance the roll by three labels or so. Check 
whether or not the roll stops after feeding each label.
