• Failure to adhere to these recommendations can lead to premature wear of the bearings and void
the factory warranty.
All measures must be taken to ensure protection against the risks which arise when there are rotating
parts (coupling sleeve, pulley, belt, etc.).

If a motor is started up without a coupling device having been fitted, carefully secure the key in its
location.
•
Beware of back-driving when the motor is switched off. The appropriate precautions must be
taken:
• - For pumps, a non-return valve must be installed.
• - For mechanical devices, install a backstop or a holding brake, etc.
