After performing a factory restore on your
AirCheck G2 unit, you must un-claim it on Link-Live and
re-claim it to continue uploading and viewing new test
results.
Viewing Device Information
From the Home Screen, select

Serial Number
: The serial number is also shown under
the battery pack.
WLAN MAC
: Media Access Control address. The unique
address of the Tester on the WLAN.
Ethernet MAC:
The unique address of the Tester on the
wired connection.
Hardware Version:
The version number of the Tester’s
hardware.
Software Version
: The version number of the software
in the Tester.
Total Flash Memory
: The total memory on the device.
Free Flash Memory:
The amount of memory still
available for saving data on the device.
Troubleshoot: If the Tester Will Not Turn Off
If the Tester will not turn off, hold down the power button for
approximately four seconds to perform a hard shutdown.
Caution
Do not press or hold the power button during a
software update. Doing so may corrupt the file
system.
