ip pimsm register-threshold
This command configures the Register Threshold rate for the Rendezvous Point router to switch to
a source-specific shortest path. The valid values are from (0 to 2000 kilobits/sec).
no ip pimsm register-threshold
This command resets the register threshold rate for the Rendezvous Pointer router to the default
value.
ip pimsm rp-address
This command is used to statically configure the RP address for one or more multicast groups. The
parameter
<
rp-address
>
is the IP address of the RP. The parameter
<
groupaddress
>
is the
group address supported by the RP. The parameter
<
groupmask
>
is the group mask for the
group address. The optional keyword
override
indicates that if there is a conflict, the RP
configured with this command prevails over the RP learned by BSR.
no ip pimsm rp-address
This command is used to statically remove the RP address for one or more multicast groups.
