IP Phone Manager
After specifying the options in the window and selecting the terminals for the
error log operation, click the
OK
button.
Once the error log has completed, the status changes to “Complete”.
If an “Error” status is displayed, reconnect the terminal(s) as the connection
may have been lost. A status of “Failed” could indicate an incorrect setting for
the FTP/TFTP Server or the server is down.
With a Failed or Error status, the connection to the terminals is dropped and
you should reconnect to the terminals by clicking on the
Connect
button on
the main page.
If a status of “Upload N/A” is displayed, the terminal is busy and the command
is not performed and should be attempted again after the terminal has had a
chance to finish. If the
Send Until Successful
option was selected, the
command will be sent when the terminal becomes idle.
